5 hours - 5 masterclassov for every generation:
16:00-16:30: Registration and greeting
16:30-17:00: Zumba Gold
17:15-17:45: NEW Circl Mobility
18:00-18:30: Pound
18:45-19:15: Strong
19:30-20:30: Zumba
20:30-21:00: Goodbye
You will be able to adjust the intensity of each workout to your own abilities, so don't worry!

You can participate in all classes or just the ones you choose, and to the extent that suits you best! This is our invitation to come and try whatever you want! The most important thing remains your well-being and you having fun!

To make it even more fun, invite relatives, friends, colleagues, acquaintances - everyone is welcome.

Bring with you:
1.) clean indoor footwear,
2.) a yoga mat or bath towel (for greater comfort, you can also bring two),
3.) drinks,
4.) clothes to change at the end
and of course
5.) a smile and good mood!

We will take care of everything else - including some snacks and GIFTS!
